Dr. Adam Presslee is an Associate Professor and the J. Page R. Wadsworth Junior Chair in Accounting and Finance at the School of Accounting and Finance, University of Waterloo. He is the Co-Director of CPA Ontario’s Centre for Sustainability Reporting and Performance Management [CSPM]. Adam specializes in understanding the effects of formal (e.g., incentives) and informal (e.g., organizational culture) management controls on employee behaviour and firm performance.
